Jacqueline Boggs, Partner
Ms. Boggs has more than 30 years of partnership accounting experience. Prior to joining FD Fund Administration she was the former Chief Accounting Officer for a multi-billion dollar real estate fund, overseeing the accounting and reporting for a family of Real Estate Funds. Ms. Boggs also served as Vice-President of Finance and Director of Tax with a privately held real estate brokerage and property management company. She also spent eight years in public accounting which includes serving as an Ernst and Young’s Tax Manager. Ms. Boggs has extensive experience leading the administration of real estate funds and has earned a track record of providing exceptional investor relations support to funds. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Ms. Boggs received both her Master of Science in Taxation and B.S. in Accounting from Villanova University.
Tom DiEgidio, Partner
Mr. DiEgidio brings over 20 years in Private Equity and Real Estate Fund Accounting experience to FD Fund Administration. In his current role, Mr. DiEgidio is responsible for client management and business development. In addition, he is also a member of the operations management and compliance committee. Mr. DiEgidio previously held senior management roles at Citi Private Equity Services and BNY Mellon, overseeing accounting administration and reporting for his clients’ multi-billion dollar investment partnerships.
Earlier in his career Mr. DiEgidio served as controller for CMS Companies, a private equity and real estate investment advisor with over $2 billion in assets under management. Mr. DiEgidio has a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Widener University.
Bob Woosley, National Practice Leader
After beginning his professional service career at Price Waterhouse, Mr. Woosley became the first professional employee of Frazier & Deeter, shortly after the firm was founded in 1981. In 1985, he became a Partner and over the next 18 years, he served the firm as head of the Audit and Strategic Consulting Services Departments. In 2000, Mr. Woosley founded iLumen, Inc., the CPA profession’s leading business intelligence and analytics platform that is today used by leading CPA firms and financial institutions across the country. He served as CEO of iLumen through 2010 and is currently an active board member and advisor to the company.
In 2010, Mr. Woosley led the creation of the FD Alliance, a strategic collaborative of non-merged CPA firms located in several metropolitan areas. He returned to Frazier & Deeter in 2011 and now serves as the National Practice Leader of the firm’s private equity practice, which includes FD Fund Administration. He has been involved in numerous private company board positions and assists clients in developing and optimizing strategies that impact business in the spectrum of the entrepreneurial life cycle, including capital formation and exit strategies.
Mr. Woosley received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia.
Jeremy Sperring, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Sperring has 20 years of experience in financial leadership and public accounting. He provides strategic oversight to the firm and works with the service line leaders of FD Fund Administration to ensure that the operational objectives of the firm’s strategic plan are achieved. Mr. Sperring also serves as the Chief Finance Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Frazier & Deeter, the parent company of FD Fund Administration.
Mr. Sperring received his Bachelor of Science from Bryan College and his Master of Science in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
George C. Cornick, Principal
Mr. Cornick has over twenty years of corporate accounting and finance experience including twelve years in real estate. Prior to joining FD Fund Administration he held the position of Controller for a multi-billion dollar real estate family of funds with accounting responsibilities for two real estate investment funds with commitments in excess of $1.7 billion. Previously, Mr. Cornick held the position of Assistant Controller of a trust and was responsible for the accounting functions of a commercial real estate portfolio approximating 1.5 million square feet.
Mr. Cornick is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Widener University.
Vince Small, Principal
Mr. Small has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and partnership accounting, with the last five years focused on Real Estate. Prior to joining FD Fund Administration, he held the position of Controller for a multi-billion dollar real estate family of funds, overseeing the accounting and reporting for several of their Real Estate partnerships with over $2 billion in commitments.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Small was Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer for an investment advisor with over $800 million in assets under management. He spent six years with PwC as an Audit Manager in their financial services group, where he focused primarily on audits of large mutual fund companies and alternative investment clients.
Mr. Small received both his Master of Business Administration and his B.S. in Accounting from Villanova University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania.
Karen Watters, Principal
Ms. Watters has over ten years of corporate accounting for real estate investment funds. Prior to joining FD Fund Administration, she held the position of Manager of Partnership Accounting with Mainline Investment Partners (fka CMS Companies), where she managed the accounting operations, treasury and financial reporting for 25 real estate investment funds with committed capital of over $1.6 billion.
Ms. Watters also spent several years in public accounting working as a Senior Auditor at KPMG, where she focused on diverse industries such as professional services, healthcare, non-profit and most significantly real estate. She began her career as a Staff Auditor at Arthur Andersen.
Ms. Watters received her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Villanova University. She is also a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania.
Corinne Weidner, Principal
Ms. Weidner has over 14 years of experience in the asset management industry. Prior to joining FD Fund Administration, she held the position of Controller for a Seed Stage Venture Capital firm, overseeing accounting operations including financial reporting, cash management, compliance and investor communications.
Ms. Weidner began her career spending nearly 10 years with KPMG focusing primarily on coordinating and executing audits of registered mutual fund companies and non-registered funds including investment partnerships, fund of funds, collective trust funds, and hedge funds.
She received her Bachelors of Science in Accountancy at Villanova University, where she also received her Masters of Accounting and Professional Consultancy. She is a CPA in Pennsylvania and a member of the AICPA.
Mike Maurer, Director of Valuations & Analytics
Mr. Maurer, Director of Valuation & Analytics, has over 20 years of experience in finance and analytics, including nine years in commercial real estate and five in private equity. Prior to joining FD Fund Administration was Director of the valuations and analytics functions for a multi-billion dollar real estate family of funds. Throughout his career, Mr. Maurer has also held various roles with Capmark Financial Group (formerly GMAC Commercial Mortgage) in their Global Treasury and Financial Planning and Analysis groups. Earlier in his career, Mr. Maurer led accounting and risk management operations in the telecommunications, technology and healthcare sectors.
Mr. Maurer has a B.S. in Actuarial Mathematics from Colorado State University and a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Denver, concentrating in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking. Mr. Maurer also has an MBA from the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business.
Doug Boyer, Director of Investor Reporting
Mr. Boyer has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, including nineteen years in Private Equity and Real Estate Fund Accounting. Prior to joining FD Fund Administration, he held the position of Director of Investor Reporting for a multi-billion dollar real estate family of funds, overseeing the quarterly investor reporting for seven funds with committed capital in excess of $2 billion.
Previously, Mr. Boyer also held various roles within PFPC’s mutual fund division where he was responsible for the accounting and reporting of both domestic and international funds. Mr. Boyer has a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Albright College.
Chalene Ellis, Senior Manager of Investor Relations
Ms. Ellis has over 15 years of experience in the financial industry. From the beginning of her career in Wealth Management and Capital Markets at Wells Fargo Bank, she has always maintained a strong work ethic with proven ability in driving results. Prior to joining FD Fund Administration, Ms. Ellis worked for BNY Mellon in the role of Vice President and Manager within the Alternative Investments Group. It was there that she placed a keen focus on leadership within the Investor Relations arena. While with BNY Mellon, Ms. Ellis managed the investor servicing operations on an array of investment products, including but not limited to, Hedge, Registered, Hybrid, Real Estate and Private Equity Funds totaling over 23 billion in assets under management.
Ms. Ellis continued developing her expertise in the Investor Relations sector, as a member of the management team for Citco Fund Services, focusing primarily on Private Equity & Real Estate funds. There she oversaw all investor due diligence, on-boarding and service management.
Ms. Ellis received her Bachelors of Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Temple University.
Christina Haas, Practice Development Manager
Ms. Haas has ten years of investor relations experience for real estate and private equity investment funds. Prior to joining FD Fund Administration, she was Head of Business Development for a start-up finance firm, where she paired large institutional asset owners with real estate analytics and risk-based investment solutions. Earlier in her career she was an Investor Relations Associate with Independence Capital Partners, serving a series of private equity and private real estate investment funds and their investors. She also supported lead fund-raisers of the group and coordinated the investor on-boarding process.
Ms. Haas began her career as a Portfolio Analyst with the investment management firm, Brinker Capital, where she developed portfolio recommendations and asset allocation strategies for high net worth individuals through mutual funds, separate accounts, and unified managed accounts.
She received her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Villanova University.
Beth Newton, Director of People and Culture
Ms. Newton is responsible for developing solutions to address business, leadership capability and cultural gaps. In this capacity, she partners with leaders to build a high performance culture that attracts, develops and retains the best talent. Through development of best-in-class, strategically aligned learning programs, she enables the firm to maximize the potential and talent of every individual.
Ms. Newton brings over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition, development and management in high growth, global professional services environments. Prior to joining the Firm in 2013, she spent 12 years with Grant Thornton in a variety of people and culture leadership roles.
Ms. Newton received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Georgia
Adelle Erdman, Director of Marketing
Ms. Erdman is an award-winning marketing executive with more than 20 years of experience. She is responsible for all aspects of marketing for the Frazier & Deeter family of brands, including Frazier & Deeter and FD Fund Administration. Her experience encompasses brand positioning and strategy, solution packaging, media relations and lead generation.
Ms. Erdman received a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Virginia and a Master of Arts in Communication from the University of Texas.
