Administrative Assistant

Summary

The Administrative Assistant is generally assigned to the Partners of the firm along with help and guidance from the Practice Growth Leader. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for general office needs. The primary responsibility of this position will be to provide administrative support to the various fund accounting, investor relations, practice development, and valuations teams under the supervision of Firm Personnel.

Essential Functions:
• Coordinate office supply orders
• Organize and put away supplies as they come in – and plan for forecast needs for supplies in the future
• Manage hardware/equipment needs with IT to prepare for arrival of new hires
• Retain monthly transaction support detail for corporate credit card accounts to provide to home office in Atlanta via online system
• Collect mail daily from central mailroom of the building and distribute accordingly
• General maintenance of kitchen, mail, and printing equipment with occasional cleaning for each
• Assist with arranging travel plans
• Assist with printing and preparing marketing materials and packages
• Scan files and organize storage areas
• Assist with mailings – stuffing envelopes/scanning responses to mailers
• Assist with special projects and event coordination
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Skills, Abilities, Knowledge
• Must be proficient on Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Able to write and speak to colleagues in a professional manner
• Seeks opportunities to learn from others

Education and Certification
• 0-3 years of experience
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate (written and verbal) in a professional manner when
dealing with employees, vendors, and company contacts
• Ability to work independently
• Must be eligible to work in the United States

Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to sit or stand at computer station for extended periods
• Able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
• Must be able to work in a collaborative environment
